Welcome to VisualBody Lab (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the visualbody.net website, including all 3D interactive anatomical maps, clinical diagnostic tools, and evidence-based protocols (collectively, the “Ecosystem”).

By accessing or using the Ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Ecosystem.

Important Medical & Clinical Disclaimer

VisualBody is not a medical organization. The diagnostic tools, 1RM calculators, metabolic algorithms, and rehabilitation protocols provided on this platform are designed for educational, informational, and mathematical estimation purposes only.

Nothing contained on VisualBody should be construed as medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or a substitute for professional healthcare treatment. Always consult with a qualified physician, physical therapist, or certified professional before initiating any new diet, exercise program, or rehabilitation protocol. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which might incur as a result of using our tools.

1. Use License

VisualBody grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Ecosystem strictly in accordance with these Terms.

  • Free Access: Our clinical tools are provided free of charge for individual use.
  • Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the 3D models, algorithms, or content for commercial redistribution or to build a competing product.
  • Termination: This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by VisualBody at any time.

2. Accuracy of Mathematical Estimations

The materials and tools appearing on VisualBody’s website are based on established biomechanical and metabolic equations (e.g., Epley, Brzycki, Mifflin-St Jeor). While we strive for absolute clinical precision, human biology is highly variable. We do not warrant that any mathematical output, macronutrient estimation, or strength projection is 100% accurate, complete, or perfectly tailored to your unique physiological profile.

3. Intellectual Property

The Ecosystem and its original content, interactive 3D elements, features, logic, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of VisualBody Lab and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of VisualBody.

4. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Ecosystem may contain links to third-party web sites or services (such as PubMed or scientific journals) that are not owned or controlled by VisualBody.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that VisualBody shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of any such content available on or through any such web sites.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall VisualBody, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, physical injury, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Ecosystem;
  • Any physical injury or health complication arising from the implementation of training, nutrition, or rehabilitation protocols found on the platform;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Ecosystem;
  • Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to digital health information platforms, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Ecosystem after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
